1. Our commitment
Find Your Hangout has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, and any sexualization of minors. We do not allow such content, conduct, or links in the App, related websites, or support channels.
2. Age suitability
The App is intended for adults and older teens consistent with Google Play’s age rating and applicable law. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. See our Privacy Policy for children’s privacy details.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
Users must not create, upload, share, request, or link to:
- Any sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, including fictional, AI-generated, or drawn depictions
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to engage a minor in sexual activity
- Exploitation, trafficking, or commercial sexual exploitation of minors
- Content that sexualizes minors, including “barely legal” framing of underage characters or real people
- Instructions or offers that facilitate CSAE or CSAM distribution
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, and reports to relevant authorities or clearinghouses when required or appropriate.
4. How we address CSAE
- User reporting: Users can report abusive profiles, messages, or hangouts in the App (report/block flows) and by email below.
- Review & action: We review reports as promptly as practicable, remove violating content, and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
- Law enforcement / NCMEC: Where we become aware of apparent CSAM or imminent harm to a child, we may preserve evidence as required by law and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or other competent authorities.
- Cooperation: We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement related to CSAE investigations.
5. In-app safety tools
- Block and report other users
- Control who can find or contact you (privacy / presence settings)
- Leave or cancel plans you no longer want to attend
- Account deletion and data requests via Delete account and Delete data
6. Third-party services
The App uses Google Firebase and related Google services. Those providers maintain their own child-safety and abuse-reporting policies. Our standards apply to Find Your Hangout content and accounts we control.
7. How to report
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve CSAE, report it in the App and contact us immediately:

Include what you saw, where (profile, chat, plan ID if known), when, and any screenshots you can safely provide. Do not forward illegal CSAM files by email; describe the location in-product so we can retrieve and handle it through proper channels.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
8. Changes
We may update these standards as laws, Play policies, or our product change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. The current version remains published at this URL for Google Play and the public.
